Hosting

We run a number of dedicated hosting servers that can be configured to your specific requirement. Our servers are located in the London Docklands (close to the London Internet Exchange).

Email Hosting

More and more of our customers are finding our customised Webmail system (based on the superb Roundcube software) to be more intuitive and convenient than their desktop equivalent (eg: Outlook). If you plan to use Webmail as your primary email platform, let us know so that we can configure additional hosting space to accomodate your email for a longer period.

All mailboxes have a Spam filter and Virus checker with a seperate control panel to allow you to fine tune its effectiveness at catching bad guys, including black and white lists, spam scoring and content-based filter training. We have more than a few tutorials to pick through too if you are so inclined.

You can add mail forwarders and autoresponders (eg: Out of office replies) to each of your mailboxes at no extra charge.

Web Hosting

All standard website hosting accounts come with a number of options and tecnologies including a Plesk control panel, AWStats, MySQL databases, PHP 5.X, Java JSP and servlet capability, ASP classic, Subdomains and DNS Zone control. If this all sounded like geekspeak to you, dont worry, we manage it all anyway. Like our CMS and Ecommerce systems, you can elect to manage any part of it, all of it, or nothing at all.

SSL/HTTPS Secured sites

If you need a secure site, we can supply and fit your site with a security certificate, dedicateed IP address and reverse DNS for an additional £100 per year.

Domain Name registration and Management

Many of our customers like us to manage their domain names. We register and configure the DNS for hundreds of domain names, keep track of renewals and monitor "wish-lists" - domains our customers would like but are not yet available. We will renew domains 30 days before expiry unless instructed to do otherwise beforehand. This ensures you dont lose them. There is no charge for transferring domain names out of our control.

Some customers prefer to have their own domain accounts, but dont wish to get involved in the technical side such as configuring DNS, so we do this too. If you would like us to register or manage any domains for you, get in touch.

Note that you can associate any number of domain names with a single hosting account, and we discount multiple domain registrations. You can add additional domain names at any time.
